The fine print
Build first, in plain English.
What's covered?
Build-first applies to the menu items marked "Build first": websites, booking and quote forms, the review setup and the social content pack, plus the build parts of the Get Online and Local Launch bundles. It doesn't apply to monthly services, to work that happens inside your own accounts (Google profile, citations, SEO on your current site), or to the partner plans, the Funnel Build or the Outbound Engine. Google profile, local SEO and citations are paid when you order; monthly services are billed monthly.
Do I pay anything up front?
No. There's no deposit and no card. We agree the scope and the menu price with you by email, and your "yes" by email starts the build. The price doesn't change once we start.
What do I see before paying?
A preview only: a private, watermarked link at preview.digidle.com, on its own path for your job and set to noindex so search engines don't list it. No source files, downloads, full-resolution exports, domain connection or account setup until it's paid.
How long do I have to decide?
7 days from the day we send the preview, with 2 revision rounds in that time. If you don't say yes and pay within 7 days, that counts as a no and the preview comes down.
What counts as keeping it?
Paying the Stripe Payment Link for your job, or using or publishing any of the work: copying its text, images, design or code, or rebuilding it elsewhere. Using any of it means you've kept it, and the agreed price is due. Asking for revisions doesn't count.
What if I say no?
We take the preview down and you owe nothing. Until it's paid, the work and all rights stay with Digidle and you have no licence to use any of it. The logo, photos and text you sent us are still yours; we delete them within 30 days.
What happens when I pay?
Within 2 business days, ownership passes to you and we hand over the files, connect your domain or move the site to your hosting, and set things up in your accounts. We never ask for passwords.
Any limits?
One build-first job per business (a bundle counts as one). The scope is fixed in writing before we start. Third-party costs are always yours: domain, ad spend, paid plugins or apps, booking or SMS subscriptions, stock or licensed images. Copywriting beyond the brief isn't included.
How do monthly services work?
They're billed monthly in advance through Stripe and can be cancelled anytime, effective at the end of the paid month. Ad spend is paid by you directly to Google or Meta.
Will you write reviews for us?
No. We set up a flow that asks every customer the same way. We never write, buy or filter reviews.
