The directory

Digidle Tools lists third-party products for information. A listing is not an endorsement, and Featured placements are always labelled. Details such as pricing change often; check the official site before you buy. We aren't responsible for third-party products or websites.

Digidle Studio services

Fixed-price services are delivered as described on their page, including the stated revisions and delivery time. Monthly plans (Concierge, Partner and Private Partner) and their setup fees, minimum terms, scope and cancellation terms are set out in the written proposal or agreement you accept before work starts. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement wins. We don't guarantee rankings, traffic, reviews or revenue.

Free audits

A free audit is our professional opinion based on public information and the details you give us. It's free, with no obligation to buy.

Payments and refunds

Payments are processed by Stripe. If we haven't started work on a fixed-price order, ask and we'll refund it in full. After work starts, refunds follow the scope and revisions on the service page or in your agreement.

Digital products

Shop products are licensed to the buyer for their own and their clients' projects. You may not resell or redistribute them as they are.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site, its forms or its APIs. That includes sending spam, trying to break security, or scraping in a way that harms the service.

Liability

The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in question.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
