Privacy policy

This policy covers digidle.com, including Digidle Tools (the directory) and Digidle Studio (our services). Digidle is operated by Zach Grover. Questions or requests: hq@digidle.com, or Digidle, P.O. Box 310146, Miami, FL 33231.

What we collect

• Forms you send us. The Studio audit form (name, email, business, website, optional phone, plan and message), the privacy-scan form and the newsletter signup. We also attach the page you sent the form from, the first page you landed on this visit, the referring website and any campaign (utm) tags in the link you followed, so we know which page or campaign brought you.
• Anonymous usage events. On Studio pages we record simple events (page viewed, audit form opened or sent, a button clicked) with the page path. We don't attach your name, email, IP address or browser details to these events, and we don't build profiles.
• Performance metrics. Vercel Speed Insights measures how fast pages load, without cookies.
• Server logs. Our host, Vercel, keeps short-lived request logs (which can include IP addresses) for security and debugging.

Cookies

We don't set cookies and we don't run advertising or cross-site trackers. To remember which page you first landed on, the site keeps a small note in your browser's session storage. It stays on your device and is deleted when you close the tab.

How we use it

• To reply to you, prepare the audit or quote you asked for, and deliver services you buy.
• When you request an audit we send one confirmation email to the address you gave. We don't add you to a mailing list unless you sign up for the newsletter, which you can leave at any time with the link in every issue.
• To see which pages and campaigns work, in aggregate.

We don't sell or rent personal information, and we don't share it for advertising.

Who processes it

• Vercel: hosting, serverless functions, logs and Speed Insights.
• Resend: delivers form emails and the confirmation email, and stores newsletter subscribers.
• Google Workspace: our inbox at hq@digidle.com.
• Stripe: payments. Card details go straight to Stripe; we never see them.

Health information

Please don't send health or patient information through our forms. For clinics, any patient-facing tools we run are set up only under a signed business associate agreement.

Keeping and deleting data

We keep enquiries and client records while we're talking or working together, and for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Email hq@digidle.com to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, and we'll reply within 30 days. Cold-email recipients who ask us to stop are added to a permanent do-not-contact list.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of the page.
