Digidle Studio · AI search visibility
Customers ask AI now.Make sure it can find you.
ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews answer from pages their crawlers can reach and read. A good business can be invisible to them because of one robots.txt line, a firewall toggle or a page built for eyes only. We find those blocks and fix them.
Fixed price from $50. Pay with Stripe, add a short brief at checkout. Or request a free audit first.
Four engines. Four sets of bots.
From each vendor's own crawler docs, checked Oct 28, 2026. Training bots and search bots are separate, so you can keep one out and let the other in.
ChatGPT search
OpenAI says sites that opt out of OAI-SearchBot won't be shown in ChatGPT search answers, and recommends allowing it plus its published IP ranges. GPTBot is separate: it's the training crawler, and you can block it without leaving search.
Claude
Anthropic runs three bots. Blocking Claude-SearchBot or Claude-User may reduce your visibility in Claude's search and user-directed answers. ClaudeBot is the training crawler. All three honour robots.txt.
Perplexity
Perplexity says PerplexityBot surfaces and links sites in its answers and isn't used to train foundation models. It recommends allowing it in robots.txt and in your firewall, using its published IP list.
Google AI Overviews & AI Mode
Google says there are no extra requirements: a page has to be indexed and eligible for a snippet in Search. Googlebot is the control. Google-Extended only covers Gemini training and grounding, and doesn't affect Search.
Six things that decide it.
Crawler access
robots.txt that lets the search bots in, and a CDN or firewall that doesn't quietly block them. It's a common blind spot.
Real text on the page
Google lists text content, internal links and page experience as the fundamentals for AI features. If your services live in images or a script-only widget, an answer engine can't quote them.
Structured data that matches
Organization, LocalBusiness, Product or FAQ markup, kept identical to what the page says. Google calls out the match explicitly.
Clear entity info
One name, one address, one phone, one logo, the same everywhere: your site, schema, Google Business Profile and socials. It's how a model tells you apart from a business with a similar name.
Fast, clean pages
Pages that load quickly, return a clean 200 and render their content in HTML, not only after scripts run. Easier for every crawler and every visitor.
llms.txt and Markdown copies
An optional extra. llms.txt is a community proposal, not a vendor requirement, and Google says AI Overviews don't need it. It's cheap to add, and agents and AI tools can read a clean Markdown page without fighting your layout.
Run it yourself.
- Open yoursite.com/robots.txt.Look for Disallow: / under OAI-SearchBot, Claude-SearchBot, PerplexityBot or Googlebot, or under User-agent: * with nothing allowing them back in.
- Ask your host or CDN about bot protection."Block AI bots" toggles and strict firewall rules can stop search crawlers before robots.txt is ever read. Perplexity documents the allow rule for Cloudflare and AWS.
- Search site:yoursite.com on Google. If key pages aren't indexed, they can't appear in AI Overviews or AI Mode. Verify the site in Google Search Console.
- View the page source of your homepage. Can you read your services, area and contact details as plain text? Is there a script with type="application/ld+json", and does it say the same thing as the page?
- Check your name, address and phone.Compare the footer, the contact page, your Google Business Profile and your main socials. Every mismatch is a reason to doubt you.
- Ask the engines.Ask ChatGPT, Perplexity and Claude what your business does and where. Wrong or missing answers tell you exactly where to start.
Found a problem, or not sure what you're looking at? Send us your site and we'll tell you what we'd fix first.
- robots.txt names GPTBot, OAI-SearchBot, ChatGPT-User, ClaudeBot, PerplexityBot, Google-Extended and others, allows them, and points to the sitemap and our machine-readable files.
- llms.txt maps the whole site, including Studio, for language models.
- Every comparison, best-of, category and tool page has a clean Markdown copy, for example /compare/cursor-vs-windsurf.md.
- Category pages carry FAQPage structured data built from what's on the page.

Questions, answered.
Can you guarantee we'll show up in ChatGPT or AI Overviews?
No one can. Every vendor decides what it shows, and Google says indexing and serving aren't guaranteed. We remove the technical reasons you're being skipped and give you a written before/after report.
Do I need an llms.txt file?
Not for Google: it says AI Overviews and AI Mode need no new machine-readable files or special schema. llms.txt is a community proposal that some AI tools and agents read. It's a small, low-risk addition, and our own site carries one.
Should I block GPTBot or ClaudeBot?
That's a training choice, not a search one. OpenAI and Anthropic both run separate search bots (OAI-SearchBot, Claude-SearchBot), so you can keep training crawlers out and still be found. We set it up whichever way you choose.
Which package do I need?
Start with the Audit Report (50 USD) if you have a developer. Pick Audit + Fixes (150 USD) if you want us to fix the top issues on your homepage and key pages. Full Site Fix (300 USD) covers larger sites, schema markup and a Search Console check.
What access do you need?
An editor or staff seat on your site, or repo access, and a Search Console user invite for the Full Site Fix. We never ask for passwords. Take or confirm a backup before we change anything.
Can you add llms.txt or Markdown copies of my pages?
Say so in the brief at checkout or email us first. We'll confirm in writing whether it fits your package before we start.

Reviews and Google profiles
How we work with your Google profile.
- Reviews: every customer, nothing in return
We help you ask every customer for a review, the same way. No discounts, gifts, entries or freebies for a review, no staff review quotas, and we never ask for a star rating or tell customers what to write. Review replies are included: reply templates come with the review setup, and Review care and the partner plans draft a reply to every new review.
- Your written consent, and separate approval for replies
We manage a Google Business Profile only with your written consent. We post review replies only after you've separately approved them in writing.
- You stay the owner
The profile is yours. You add us as a manager; we never take ownership. Ask for control back at any time and we hand it back within 7 business days.
- The profile is free from Google
Google doesn't charge for a Business Profile. You pay us only for our work, and every invoice itemizes our fee.
- No ranking promises, no Google affiliation
Digidle isn't affiliated with or endorsed by Google, and nobody can guarantee a ranking. We never claim or request ownership of a business's profile before it signs with us.
